  • Late payments may delay active work, handovers, support, or future campaign management.
  • Any taxes, transfer charges, or third-party platform costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual Property

  • BloxxWave retains ownership of internal processes, frameworks, and pre-existing assets unless transferred in writing.
  • Client-owned materials remain the property of the client at all times.
  • Final deliverables may transfer according to the agreed contract once all outstanding payments are settled.

Limitation Of Liability

  • BloxxWave is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or services.
  • Marketing outcomes may depend on budget, competition, market conditions, and third-party platform changes.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service unless otherwise required by law.

Termination

  • Either party may end a service arrangement according to the notice terms defined in the active agreement.
  • Work completed up to the termination date remains billable.
  • BloxxWave may suspend or terminate access where misuse, abuse, or non-payment occurs.
